CYCLE 2022: Course for memory

This brain stimulation program is based on cognitive reserve and neuronal plasticity.

It is aimed at improving mental performance through exercises and skills training.

Groups tasks promote better cognitive performance, stimulate and reinforce attention, memory, language, reasoning, calculation, planning and mental organization.

After we retire and take off the pressures of work, we use a minimal percentage of neurons. There is scientific evidence that cognitive stimulation works as a protective barrier that slows down the development of cognitive impairment and dementia.

Working in a group will also improve mood, self-esteem and will enhance the consultation that contributes to the whole group.
